It’s only a rumor that Denise Richards is returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but the former housewife is already bringing the drama.
Denise spoke out about Lisa Rinna’s behavior at the recent reunion.
"I watched #RHOBH last night,” the 51-year-old began in an Instagram post.
The mother of three continued, “While I have empathy for Lisa Rinna losing her mom, what is her excuse all the other years on the show for being so cruel & so vindictive?"
During Denise’s time on Real Housewives, Lisa tried to get her to confess to an affair with Brandi Glanville.
Denise recently told Jeff Lewis that she’s open to returning to RHOBH, despite rumors that she refused to work with Rinna.
“That is not true. I would be fine with working with Lisa and filming with her. I never said I wouldn't come back with her,” Denise clarified.
“She reached out to me, she sent me a text apologizing. There was a rumor that I never responded but I did respond—I responded right away,” detailed the Scary Movie 3 actress.
Although they may have resolved things, Denise was still willing to open up about her past issues with Lisa.

“I will say this: Lisa Rinna, she plays dirty, she can be really nasty, and so I think that's just something to know about with her being on the show,” Denise emphasized to Jeff.
The Real Girl Next Door author does not believe that their friendship will ever be the same.
“I don't think I would ever; I could never be close friends with her after what happened,” Denise explained. “...She apologized to me while we were actually filming, but then she just went back to the same behavior—so it's hard for me to actually believe that the apology is genuine.”
The former star might be forced to deal with Lisa’s drama again soon. The Pretty Corrupt Podcast reported that Denise has finally signed on to return to RHOBH.
“Supposedly, and this is from a current cast member from this season, Denise Richards is coming back,” the host said. “Like signed, supposedly.”
“The past few weeks, you guys have seen on social media, she’s having lunch with Sutton, lunch with the cast, and that is part of Bravo’s process of seeing what your chemistry is like and teasing your connections,” they added.
On October 3, Denise posted a photo with Sutton Stracke.
“Had a fun lunch with you beautiful Ms. Sutton girl. Glad we caught up. Although I think we could have chatted through their dinner shift,” Denise captioned the post. “Let’s do that slumber party with @garcelle. That will be fun.”

A new legal filing has revealed that Tom Girardi's battle with Alzheimer's is in decline, according to Page Six.
A lawyer of Tom's filed a request that Tom's conservatorship case be transferred to Orange County, as Tom is currently living in an assisted-living facility there.
“In Conservatee’s case, the Executive Director stated that Mr. Girardi was recently moved to the restricted memory care due to a further decline in his memory functions,” the document states. “In summary, based on the foregoing, it would appear that the conservatee [Girardi] will be permanently housed in Orange County."
Tom's brother Robert was appointed his conservator in February of 2021 when Tom was evaluated to be suffering from late-onset Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
In the meantime, Tom and Erika Jayne's former mansion, which has been featured on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is officially off the market. The massive home sold for $7.5 million, according to Radar Online.
The new owners are named Jun Tao and Peng Tao. They had to testify that they have no affiliation with Tom, his law firm, or the bankruptcy trustee.
The Taos can now get comfortable in their four bedroom, nine bathroom California estate.
Radar previously reported that the 10,277 square foot house was originally listed at $13 million and was reduced to $8 million before they had any takers. It sat on the market for almost a year.
The profit from the sale will be used to pay off Erika and Tom’s massive debts. Girardi & Keese has been accused of operating like a Ponzi scheme.
Erika has been adamant that she is innocent of wrongdoing in the legal proceedings against Tom and his firm. Recently, a court agreed with the “XXpen$ive” singer.
According to Los Angeles Magazine, Erika was dismissed as a defendant in a lawsuit by Judge Richard L. Fruin of the Los Angeles Superior Court. He ruled that Erika had no “actual knowledge” of any of the alleged breaches in the suit.
“I was completely unaware of, did not participate in and did not provide any assistance of any nature regarding any conduct or scheme by anyone – – including Girardi & Keese and Tom Girardi — with the object or goal of harming plaintiffs or depriving plaintiffs of money that plaintiffs claimed was due to them,” the 51-year-old said in a statement.
However, she is not out of trouble yet. Radar Online reported that Tom has a $4.5 million bill to the Internal Revenue Service.
The largest part of his debt is $3.3 million in taxes that he failed to pay in 2019. Tom also skipped out on $760 in 2018 and $50k in 2020.
His massive tax debt was filed by the IRS as part of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case against him.
According to the outlet, Erika also owes $2.2 million in unpaid taxes for 2019. The Bravo star claims that she is unable to pay this debt. It’s quite the…pretty mess.
What do you think about Erika and Tom finally selling their Pasadena mansion?
